Because of popular demand, the City of Phoenix once again offered this program to encourage homeowners to go solar.
Solar Phoenix 2 allowed qualified homeowners in the Phoenix area to go solar with no upfront cash investment. By installing a solar power system, homeowners can start saving money on their electric bills in the very first month of service.
This program allowed up to 1,000 Phoenix homeowners to adopt solar power and referrals continue to come in from happy customers. Solar Phoenix 2 was made possible by a $25 million special financing fund which included options for low and moderate-income homeowners in Phoenix and the surrounding areas.
